And Now…

We are now in the midst of our most ambitious project so far–’Kalhaar’. Based in the Shilaj area on the outskirts of the city, this location has the advantage of being removed from the pollution and the commotion of the hectic city life while being within easy commutable distance from all the essential infrastructural necessities for everyday living. Of the proposed 181 bungalows spread over a sprawling 250 000 sq. yds., 111 have already been booked, indicating the appeal and hence the potential of the project.
